Our Story 

I chose to establish Choice Support Management as I am passionate about helping participants understand and work best with their Financial Plan from the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

I bring 16 years of prior experience in Disability Support Work and 13 years experience in Bookkeeping. The combination of the two help me provide an efficient and personable service for the participant, in order to achieve the best possible outcome for their plan.

 In my experience, I have found that participants can be overwhelmed by planning and managing finances. I believe that strong communication about their plans can help alleviate unnecessary stress. I like to help participants understand their financial plan and explain the funding where needed. It is my aim to share my skills, insights and knowledge of Plan Management to help build a thorough understanding of how it all works.

 

 I also work with Support Coordinators and Providers to help streamline the payment process, ensuring Providers are paid in a timely manner.
